As part of our dedication to quality, excellence, and efficiency, appliances found to be defective due to laboratory error will be replaced free of charge.  If an appliance is found to be faulty, we ask that you please contact us immediately to discuss the case with a lab manager.  In most cases, we will also ask that the faulty appliance and model be sent back using our prepaid mailing label for us to assess for the benefit of our customer service and to better ensure the quality of our products.
